About this product

The Stiga Tornado 398 is a petrol-powered ride-on mower for managing large grass areas where collecting clippings is not required. Suited for grounds up to 5000 m², it uses side discharge and mulching functions to return nutrients to the lawn.

This tractor has a 98 cm cutting deck with two blades and anti-scalp wheels. The cutting height is adjustable through seven positions, from 25 mm to 80 mm, using a manual lever. It is equipped with a hydrostatic pedal-operated transmission for variable speed control and can also operate in reverse. A deck washout port simplifies cleaning.

The Tornado 398 features an adjustable driver's seat and a soft-grip steering wheel. It is fitted with headlights for visibility and includes a cup holder. The tractor uses a key start ignition powered by a 12V 18 Ah battery. A mulching kit and trailer hitch are included.
