Payment methods we accept

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. These are the same options you will see at checkout.

Cards are charged in full when you place your order. Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link) use the card already saved to your device or account, so there is nothing new to type.

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details — card details never touch our servers.

Currency and tax

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Any shipping charge is shown before you pay — nothing is added as a surprise afterward.

If a payment fails or is disputed

If a payment does not go through, you will see that at checkout and no order is created. If a payment is later reversed or disputed without cause, we may suspend or cancel orders associated with it — see our Terms & Conditions.
