Electric wood chipper and shredder, 1.8-inch cutting capacity, 45 L collection bag

This electric wood chipper efficiently processes garden waste with its powerful brushless motor and a 3-blade cutting system. It is designed to handle branches up to 1.8 inches in diameter, reducing yard waste to approximately 1/30 of its original volume. The fine chips produced are ideal for composting, helping to enrich your garden soil. The machine can process mixed materials, including dry hardwood branches and fresh green waste with leaves, without needing to be pre-sorted, which streamlines your gardening tasks.

For user safety, the chipper is equipped with multiple protection features. A safety lock prevents the motor from starting if the hopper is open, and an overload protection system automatically shuts the machine down if a jam occurs, preventing damage. The housing is made from impact-resistant polypropylene and has an IPX4 rating, meaning it is protected against water splashes from any direction. As a corded tool, it operates on a standard 230 V UK mains supply and is fitted with a UK plug.

Weighing 22 lbs and fitted with two 7-inch wheels, this chipper is easy to move around the garden and position where needed. Its compact dimensions allow for convenient storage in a shed or garage. The kit includes the main chipper unit, a 45 L collection bag for the shredded material, and a pusher tool to safely guide branches into the hopper. This makes it a comprehensive solution for managing waste in small to medium-sized gardens.
